Oh look the "AI" boosters are all out in force trying to tell us that LLMs are energy efficient, really, when you look in the context of the entire world's energy usage. (While simultaneously being weirdly proud of how they're having to significantly increase energy production for entire nations, turn back on nuclear power stations, and build gas turbines because they need more)
