If I was going to start a remote software company and hire people, I think I'd want to have:
VPS:
SSO with Pocket ID
Headscale
Email
A static blog with subdirectories for users
Headscale Network:
Forgejo
Forgejo Runners on Docker
Planning software
Some kind of Wiki
Something like Teams (Maybe Jitsi?)
When I redo my mail server in the next year or so, I want to try to figure out how to provision users. Right now I have a SQLite DB, which isn't ideal.

If would be nice to have a copy of Wikipedia that’s private and shared with your group. My thoughts have drifted from development team to community. I wonder if you could scale something like this or if someone’s bad computer hygiene would ruin it? Think “device posture”, not Tragedy of the Commons (which is made up).
