I'm reading about self-determination theory, and it fits with the way my life has been improving recently. I had no sense of belonging anywhere, and apparently that will kill my feelings of autonomy and competence. Starting to find the right people on fedi has helped. Of course there's also other things going on. It's the end of the dark season. Progesterone is great for my emotions AND my body is finally changing again, away from causing dysphoria.
