Even with guard rails, I'd rather not have that data be collected. Also, can't they determine our locations already based on which cell towers you're connected to? " GOOD. I'm all for doing my part and making sure Canadians are safe, but getting hard evidence SHOULD be hard and in real life. We can fake so much online now. Let's not make it easier to arrest people wrongly.
