Fediverse wasn't designed with so much blocking in mind, and it is hampers the ability of the underlying protocols to actually federate posts to other unrelated instances, because some mentally ill people thought it's a great idea to create large blocklists with little to no moderation. Fediblock, fedinuke, The Bad Space and others are defective by design.
