@realhackhistory@chaos.social So the shift in behavior I notice with ShinyHunters has also been seen in other groups. It seems to me that we should be paying more attention to this to figure out how to use it to aid in disruption, and not just write it off as so many kids being "nuts."

@PogoWasRight@infosec.exchange I mean I’m paying attention for sure but assuming that these people have some grand strategy is a mistake I think. People join, people leave, the makeup of these groups and who is in ascendency within them shifts combined with external factors. It makes sense to me they would clash with cl0p, as they are both innovators in the extortion scene.
