I will say the Loomis method is good to set the bases to how you build, but don't take it to the letter. Use it but don't consider it your bible unless you plan on doing realism. Proko on the other hand is great for getting tips on anatomy

btw, in this link you have a ton of manuals and reference guides for anything you might want. I know it's an e-hentai link but i swear it's all (or at least mostly) art manuals and guides. https://e-hentai.org/?page=1&f_search=how+to+draw
