March 12th is the official birthday of Perry White, the Editor in Chief of the #DailyPlanet .
Trivia:
* The character was introduced in the 1940's #OldTimeRadio show, several months before Perry White appeared in the comics. He was performed by Julian Noa.
* "Lois & Clark"s Lane Smith thought his Southern accent did not fit with the classic Perry White phrases, and changed them to reflect his own love of Elvis.
