@schwa @btel the FSF is very much aware that if the case goes against them, then it weakens the GPL significantly. So they have to really be certain before they go in front of a court to know it’s going to rule in their favor. That’s why I think we won’t see many cases that want to actually look to careful. The implications could be vast.
