Had a great day at training today where I received my Lumina Splash. Its a psychometric questionnaire that shows you where you're strong and less strong in 8 concepts such as inspiration driven/discipline driven, big picture thinking/down to earth, extravert/introvert, outcome focused/people focused (each opposite ends of a hexagram (8-sided shape)). I find it fascinating and love this kind of stuff. I think its really going to help me at work. #luminaSpark #LuminaSplash #Lumina
