Put out a beer judging application for the national qualifier which happens to be quite close, and it was approved in less than 10 minutes. If only I could get a reaction like that for a paid position...nothing from the place I'm waiting on yet; tomorrow feels like a good day to follow up with a good feeling that's turned a bit sour. Competition will be judged at a brewery I'd really love to work at and have already spoken directly to at the last beer festival, so I didn't hesitate in the interest of looking ahead. #alcohol #beer
