I defrosted and cleaned our basement freezer chest and it feels so good. There was so much food in there, I couldn't see what we had in order to cook it. Other than vegetables, diary, coffee and condiments I won't need to shop for a month. And no more chipping away ice to make sure the freezer has a good seal. And you know what this means? I can make ice cream again because I have somewhere to put it!
