I've tried to refrain but I absolutely must share with you how to make these Cappuccino Icebox Cookies. They are that tasty and convenient to make. Gather: .25 t (teaspoon) powdered instant coffee; 1 t vanilla extract; 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature; .5 cup sugar; .5 cup packed brown sugar; 1 t ground cinnamon; 1 large egg; 1.5 cups all purpose flouf;.25 cup shivered almonds In a tiny bowl dissolve coffee in vanilla.
