Why the fuck are there standards that are published by ISO, IEC and ITU-T? Like, not coincidentally covering the same topic. Exactly the same document, except for title page. Not to mention that these standards then go on to mention W3C and IETF standards as well. /srs Welp, I guess we need another overarching standards body for information technology? /j <xkcd_927_standards.png>
