I had a little mishap today that's gonna leave me both embarrassed and slightly amused. Turns out my self-proclaimed "gym bro" is still the weakest man in the family. One pull-up on the bar before I had to give up, and then I was just standing there panting like a dog who tried to run too fast. I need to get back into it or this is gonna keep happening for weeks.
