Any suggestions for a domain registrar that is reasonably cheap, not hosted by/behind CF (Porkbun's DNS is hosted by CF), and ideally not in the US? (Yes, hosting outside the US has limited usefulness when the TLD's registry is in the US, but it still seems nicer.)
