Finally released after an attorney found bank records showing she was more than 1,200 miles away when the fraud occurred. Police didn't help her get home. "Local defense attorneys helped cover a hotel room and food on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day"; a non-profit helped her get back to Tennessee.
