CSE has submitted a formal response to the U.S. FCC regarding SpaceX's "Starmind" 1-million-satellite application. Our filing shows that reentering 200,000 four-tonne satellites annually will inject 800,000 metric tons of vaporized spacecraft mass into the upper atmosphere, threatening ozone recovery.
