@azonenberg@ioc.exchange for my own inventory tracking I've been toying with two concepts.
1. OpenPnP and Inventree have some mild (last I checked) compatibility what would allow decrementing counts as the machine uses parts (including failed/dropped picks).
2. Over the top reel counters for every passive that dispense the amount I punch in (cool factor 100, useful factor questionable)

@GarnetKoebel@hachyderm.io I still do a lot of hand assembly or hand placement of low-volume parts we dont want to burn a feeder on. For the most part I don't track passives at all, other than "looks like I'm low I should get more". For ICs I try to keep exact counts.
