TransActual have released their guidance on how to respond to the EHRC consultation. https://transactual.org.uk/equality-act-campaign/responding-to-the-ehrc-consultation/ TL;DR: the guidance is a mess, with organisations putting themselves at legal risk if they try to comply. The consultation is open until 30th June, so take your time and remember you don't have to rush. This stuff is heavy and your own mental wellbeing should be your first priority.
