People say that #proton has good customer service, that's a lie, it's utter #bullshit. They silence anyone that speaks out, try making a comment on the subreddit that mentions customer service and you'll be automoderated. Prove they have a problem with their servers and they won't listen. They won't escalate issues if they can't deal with them, they just guess as to what is wrong. They make claims no sense because the agents HAVE NO IDEA what they are doing. They are script-readers.
