The ability to move! I saw many companies, deciding for a software, especially ERP, without offboarding plan. So they are locked for at least 10yrs caus of data continuity and backlog abilities they have to fulfill. And when you choose to go up the cloud with this software you have to except every pricetag the cloudowner will call for.
