Turns out burritos make a pretty good fridge velcro meal. Who knew. (Other fridge-velcro meals that are my go-tos when I need to transform leftovers: quiche, casserole, soup, pasta. That is, you can gather up random leftovers plus some pantry staples and make them into a decent-to-delicious quiche, casserole, soup or pasta.)
