Who actually is the one that has weakened the 'Special Relationship' - the threat to the UK in my opinion comes from America lead by Trump. Also, why should the UK aid America when their Commander in Chief insulted the ultimate sacrifice that 457 British personnel made in Afghanistan - 'they stood a little back' according to Trump. It is pathetic the way that the British media goes on about the Special Relationship with America -it makes the British look pathetic.
