I think the only thing that doesn’t migrate are your actual posts. I requested an archive of mine.
But I’m no expert.

In terms of posts there isn't a lot you can do, we did setup a GoToSocial instance which is quite a bit different to Mastodon but is still federated on the same common protocols which does have some tools to allow post imports. I made a post here back in January highlighting some of the other options, I would recommend downloading your archives as you can use it to make the posts into a static site and possibly some other things in the future. https://mastodonapp.uk/@wild1145/115876598369960764
