There is a fear that using an AI "atrophies" the human mind. However, a better metaphor might be the Exoskeleton. An AI does not replace the "Internal Observer"; it extends their reach. It allows a single person to manage an entire "Atheneum" of information, turning a librarian into a Constructor.
