There are people who will tell you the only correct tartiflette is one made with Reblochon cheese. Pshaw! I say, that’s just some clever marketing by none other than the consortium of Reblochon producers dedicated to selling the cheese.

@felis_catus_domesticus@toot.community Bad! FAKE NEWS! Truth is, mayybe.... but with Reblochon it is SOmuch better... having said that any pugent cheese can work... (definitely NOT cheddar/American or any of the plastic cheeses) 🤣 but since it's from Savoie (Alps) this WILL FILL YOU THE F UP!!! It's a dish meant for after-ski so I'm not urgently looking for a mountain!
