You just have halo of collapse around you, which radius depend on what speed information can travel in the atmosphere. Globally infinite states are determined all the time, but which ones are entangled with you are selected in the halo of collapse.

Block time is fine, you still get to make the decisions you always were going to have, from your perspective. Remember: It all adds up to normality. Whatever you learn about the world does not make it not the world you have existed in previously Our current model is that nothing in this universe is “real” the way people think it is, and it all exists in mathematical possibility space, which does not change anything you should expect of your day to day experience.
