The best way I can explain it is it’s like when kids will say: “You’re stupid!” “Nuh-uh!” “Yuh-uh!” Jo is like “yuh-uh” but not as silly sounding because it’s used all the time in normal conversation. I think doing it on the inhale is just a way of making it sound less aggressive/argumentative but I’m not really sure.
