I think boost loads it directly from the instance, and ours don’t get along apparently. But switched to my .world account and saw the mega shark post I haven’t been able to see yet. So I’ll try that here YiddishMcSquidish@Lemmy.world

That’s odd, I’ve had very few issues with content not loading cross-instance. I wonder what’s happening here. No worries on being new here, glad you’re here and enjoying yourself. The fediverse takes some getting used to for sure.
