not especially malicious agreed. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that his intentions were in the right place. he cares for his workers and would feel deeply hurt if they felt a need to unionize as a result of his leadership. I can chuck this up to not being able to express his thoughts at that time in a sanitized manner. recall the time he accidentally said that he used to use the hard R but actually meant the mental hadicap word instead of the N word? but to not play the devil’s advocate. he is a damn good manipulator.
