Very suboptimal.The bike lane should be physically separated from the car lane and the sidewalk is too narrow for two wheelchairs to pass each other. Meanwhile the car lane (incl. center thingy) is absurdly wide.

this drawing never actually got put into use for this exact reason! there are already separated pedestrian and bicycle paths running alongside the road to be rebuilt, and the people where i live (rightly) did not want those taken away from them.
