Our neighborhood paved street flooded last night from the rains. This morning all our street drains were completely covered with leaves and sticks. I've cleared 15 street storm drains this morning on our street and 3 nearby streets by pushing aside the leaves/sticks with my boots and a long stick, moving the sticks and leaves to the easement. With more rain forecast today, the leaves and sticks will likely plug up the storm drains. Flooding streets again.
