@LoganFive@beige.party Northern VA, USA Pop a ciabatta in the toaster oven. Crack an egg in the frying pan. Break the yoke, and as it firms up I put 3-4 very thin sliced Spanish Chorizo on top. When the eqq is mostly done I flip it over, turn off the heat and put some nice cheese on top. The ciabatta gets a smear of dijon mustard and I lift the egg out of the pan to leave most of the chorizo grease in the pan. Serve with a small bowl of mixed berries and a glass of black cold brew.
