I'm hearing about a lot of companies mandating LLM and people becoming reliant on LLMs and losing their knowledge. However, I'm not hearing about companies changing their job interview processes to make allowances for people who lost their knowledge to LLMs. Which means a person who became reliant on them will find it more difficult to find another job, since they need to regain that knowledge to pass a coding interview. I'm pretty sure managers of companies with LLM usage mandates are happy about that even if it's not a part of their plan. #llm #vibecoding
