Can’t have them on American shores riling up sentiment against the oligarchs. Maybe offshore them in the Latifundia of Greenland? Or reduce their numbers…somehow. Can’t have bad approval ratings if you keep your geriatrics and reduce the others out of the pool. What a rook.
