In slack (we use it at work, not my decision) when you press "@" it pops up a list of users in that channel. Which is great. If you want the first person listed, you press ENTER since the first name at the top of the popup is the default selection. If you want the next person down the list, you would think you press DOWN followed by ENTER, but instead the DOWN arrow again re-selects the _first_ name. I'm constantly getting tripped up by this, that I have to press DOWN one extra time than what I think would be necessary. #slack
