Just picked up "Make Room for Love" by Darcy Liao. I haven't read it yet, but I'm always delighted to find another author putting trans main characters into romance stories. It's only a little weird that their trans main character in this story has the same (first) name as the trans main character in the story I'm finishing. 😅

Ok, any book that proclaims the MC trans on the first (abbreviated, because new chapter) page is a winner. Even if the rest of the book is drivel, describing yourself as "a brown trans girl" on page 1 is top-tier. (To be clear, I've only read the first few pages, I have no expectations this book will be anything but excellent.) Hell yes, visibility.
