@ScottAWLewin@mstdn.ca Hello! Just saw your post about your site, and was intrigued! Your writing seems right up my alley, but seeing AI art on your page gives me second thoughts. You describe Beneath Still Stars as "A character-driven science fiction novel about trust, loyalty, and the cost of doing what is right," so I would expect to see more of those ideals in your art. Real generative AI is a machine, built on theft, that creates only dross, and undermines human creativity, as well as the safety of our planet. I think, in our current moment, not using it is part of the cost of doing what's right.
