a mistake i see with my family [who havent learned how to use epi-pens before] is that they are very light with the injecting part just to be clear, do not be afraid to use force, i have to swing like im going to hit someone, if you use too little force the medicine will not dispense if anyone you know has one, they usually come with trainers, use the trainer and learn so you know if you ever do have to use it! -carrie
