Autonomous weapons are the stuff of nightmares. In my mind, this concept conjures short stories by Arthur C. Clarke about how weaponized agents reason about threats, by including larger and larger groups of targets in this definition. This is exactly fitting in the environment of growing totalitarianism of present day USA. #ai
