Been watching Swiss railroad POV vids with J. He loves Euro rail, and collected Märklin for years. It's soothing in a mostly monotonic way, suitable for background noise, but with spectacular scenery.
I like how those little electric trains are so quiet and go whoosh when they accelerate. 😁
Rail Relaxation's videos are nice, with a clear HUD showing the route and distance, and with points of interest labels along the way. No voiceover.

If you like US rail, 7Idea Productions makes excellent, scenic videos across the Western US, with scenic shots of trains running in the Rockies, the desert Southwest and the PNW. The voiceover is descriptive and calm, in a pleasant baritone.
