@simon@anarres.family this whole conditional transactional thing seems like intensely overworked and drawn out trauma coping mechanisms for humanity’s core scarcity wounds which we only make worse by continuing to limit access to resources for most and allow accumulation and hoarding for some. what do people actually need? give them that. of course that also means that folks would need to relearn what “enough” is, which only seems possible if you’re attending to actual needs. which money is not.
