After a late life diagnosis, I’ve determined that this is who I am and am just going to keep going in the raw. I’ve made it this far. Some thing might not get done…

If you’re very skeptical about medication then that’s the best way to take it imo. I was really skeptical about it and never wanted to rely on it. Now I’m on it I only take it when I need it, which is just at work mostly. Any holiday I take I’m off it, any day I don’t feel I need it at work I don’t take it. So I never need to increase the dose really, it’s really manageable and just a good perk to have. Respect not taking it, but the worst thing I believe you can do is take it constantly and slowly get to the highest dose and can’t live without it.
