I know he’s from an LDS family, and they are nominally teetotal, but I’m pretty sure this dude’s mom was on the hard sauce for all nine. I’m just a dude and not a doctor but that looks like FAS to me. Which absolves him of nothing. Whatever his limitations he knows right from wrong and he’s a bigoted lying asshole who got folks killed. So I don’t really feel bad if his mommy marinated him in her secret schnapps stash.
