I'm so weary of demented grandpa fucking up everything. 100 Senators, what? 380 reps, and the majority of them too busy licking his filthy old arse to do what we pay them to do. One martyr, please. I don't have the skills or I'd gladly give my life for my country. For all of you. We all deserve better. The ones getting hurt the worst are POC, women, LGBTQ+, disabled. People who have always been treated unequally, now being harmed intentionally again, by the very government they pay taxes to, to *represent them*. All the separate protests are nothing more than psychological masturbation if they are held in individual cities. The mafia just blow us off, it means nothing to them, like a lone gnat in a stadium. Sure, it's good to join lots of likeminded folks so we don't feel so alone, but that's all it does. It doesn't change what's happening. I'm sorry I can't make the world safer for us, beyond trying to be kind to kind people. /depressing rant
