Tech self-reliance, infrastructure improvements, further economic digitization
USA's 5-Year Plan:
50-year mortgages, 15-year car loans, performative fascism, infinite H1Bs, gold card visa, new wars.. and now adult entertainment support

@D-Droid pretty sure you mean the CCP's 5 year plan. China's plan is 80 year mortgages paid by the whole family for an apartment that ended up getting canceled because the construction company "ran out of money" and didn't finish it, but the family still needs to pay back the loan.
