I’ve been volunteering with the Trans Equity Coalition of New Jersey, where I’m leading DevOps on a project which stands to make a meaningful difference to the lives of trans folks in NJ. Unfortunately, our front-end lead had to step away from the project, so if you’re a front-end developer and would like to take the lead on our project, give me a yell. I can’t share specific details about the project due to NDAs. However, if it sounds interesting to you, it is a paid position - while it may not offer a huge salary, as TEC are a nonprofit, it is compensated. I don’t know exact numbers. Currently, the project is a Nuxt.js application, but I’m open to discussing a migration to Next.js if React is more your thing. Ultimately, we need a front-end lead above all else, and it would be wonderful to work with someone I know. Let me know if you’re interested or if you’d like to chat more about it.
