I mentioned ZOG running out of missiles. Every sortie they fly is using some type of standoff weapon so they can stay outside of SAM range, so they're burning through their existing stock. The main standoff weapon in their arsenal is the Tomahawk missile, which they currently can produce at most 90 per year. At the time this war started, they had just under 2000 of them in their inventory. Future wars with China or with Russia will need these as well, so there's a limit to how low they can draw down their stocks.
