My brother just called me to check up on me. He received a text message from Indigo Urgent Care asking him to fill out a form for me. They used my correct name. Except I'm not in an urgent care facility, I'm in my office, working, doing fine. Be careful with any unexpected message about a friend or loved one's emergency condition. It may very well be a scam like this one.
